A NABERS Accredited Assessor can help you gain a NABERS Energy rating for your tenancy.
NABERS Accredited Assessors are trained by the NSW Office of Environment & Heritage, which administers the NABERS rating system.
To select a NABERS Accredited Assessor, either:
Review the list of accredited assessors specifically for tenancies
Visit the NABERS website to view a searchable database of all NABERS accredited assessors, including those that assess base buildings.

Make sure your Assessor submits your CitySwitch Administration Fee discount at the time of rating lodgement.
If you want extra help, contact your local program manager.
Your CitySwitch program manager can also help you undertake an indicative NABERS rating to gain insight into how your building is performing. This indicative rating is an estimate. Only accredited ratings may be publicised.

It’s easy and free to join the program. Your good-will commitment to the program is an acknowledgement of the business sector’s role in contributing to environmental sustainability and your intention to reduce your own energy consumption and associated carbon emissions. As part of this, Signatories to the program commit to achieve an accredited NABERS Energy tenancy rating (between 4 and 6 stars) and work with CitySwitch to improve their tenancy’s environmental performance.
