The workshop participants will also hear first-hand insights from Cundall’s work with owners and managers on electrification projects, the integration of energy efficiency and the broader industry direction and net zero trajectory, including the GBCA Electrification Guide for Existing Buildings.

The aims of the City of Melbourne Zero Carbon Building Electrification Masterclass are:
• To give commercial building owners and asset managers/portfolio managers an opportunity to understand and commence working through key steps toward electrifying an existing building or portfolio.
• Provide participants the electrification step by step tool kit developed by Cundall in collaboration with the Better Buildings Partnership including templates for business case, practical feasibility and timeline planning. These have been designed to produce stakeholder-ready information to progress action and decision making. See tool kit outline here electrifying existing buildings - Blog - Cundall
