When you sign up to CitySwitch, you make a commitment to rate your office with NABERS Energy. A NABERS Energy rating of 1 to 6 stars gives you a clear picture of the environmental performance of your building or tenancy over the last 12 months. This rating also sets a baseline and helps you identify targets before you embark on an energy efficiency program. A NABERS Energy rating can also deliver cost saving opportunities, competitive advantage and market recognition. Plus, you gain the confidence to promote your building’s performance, knowing it has trusted government certification.
