City of Melbourne
Jack Blackwell is the Program Manager for the City of Melbourne. He is keen to be part of the CitySwitch community and is excited by the wealth of sustainability knowledge within the community itself, and the depth of resources CitySwitch has to offer. When Jacks not at CitySwitch he’s embracing the outdoors through hiking, birdwatching and camping – loves cooking over a campfire!

North Sydney Council
Daniella Mac Dowell is the Program Manager for the North Sydney Council. She loves CitySwitch’s practical approach to assisting businesses along their pathway to Net Zero, and can’t wait to get to know her signatories more. Outside of CitySwitch Daniella loves participating in outdoor activities that are connected to nature such as hiking, horse riding and any activity involving water – especially in summer!

City of Sydney
Emily Keegan is the Program Manager for the City of Sydney, but also plays a role in the national coordination of the program. She was drawn to the opportunity to work with a diverse range of businesses across the city taking action on climate. When Emilys not managing and coordinating at CitySwitch she loves to swim, and jumps in as often as possibly locally to do the ‘Bold and Beautiful’ swim at Manly.

City of Adelaide
The City of Adelaide have created a CitySwitch Project Management team. The team comprises of Lara Daddow and Megan Schartner at the City of Adelaide, along with staff from the Energy Services Alliance, comprised of consulting firms Tandem and 2XE. The Energy Services Alliance is a multifaceted collaboration of energy and carbon specialists with a vision of bringing together the best energy and carbon specialists in South Australia to make it easier for organisations to transition to a post-carbon economy. The team has a strong background working with businesses to develop Net Zero Pathways and undertaking energy efficiency projects.
Greater Metro and Regional Councils
Annie Mack is the Greater Metro and Regional Program manager for signatories that sit outside of the participating LGA’s. She loves that CitySwitch attracts passionate and proactive people and businesses that want to make a difference, and feels honored to be part of the community. In her spare time Annie lives and breathes sport, and dabbles in woodworking – she's always on the lookout for a new project, so suggestions are welcomed!
