Join this workshop to learn more about the staff engagement toolkits recently produced by CitySwitch and how you can use the resources within your organisation to drive positive change.
The toolkits include:
• Running a workplace 'switch-off' campaign
• Running workplace competitions
• Fostering green champions at work
• Fostering vertical communities
The workshop will take energy managers and green team members through the CitySwitch toolkits and introduce the many proven techniques for no/low-cost energy saving initiatives.
The toolkits will be presented in depth by the CitySwitch program manager and there will be an opportunity for discussion and to ask questions that will enable participants to then be able to customise a presentation for their own organisation.
Staff engagement packages with printed copies of the relevant toolkits and case studies will be provided as well as access to the PowerPoint presentation.
By attending this workshop, participants will be gain a better understanding of staff engagement techniques and be able to take learning and materials provided back to their organisation, engage with co-workers, and start making savings as soon as possible.
