Hear from RAC’s Dr Regina Flugge and Amanda Joseph on the successful behaviour change initiatives that helped them win the National Signatory of the Year Award in 2012 and 2013 and join a tour of their West Perth headquarters showcasing behaviour change in action. Fabian Le Gay Brereton from Greensense will share insights into how technology can support sustained behaviour change. Deputy Lord Mayor Cr Rob Butler will also present Commitment Certificates to new signatories.
Dr Regina Flugge Dr. Regina Flugge has been with the RAC for nearly three years as the Senior Manager Environmental Sustainability and is responsible for developing and implementing the Group’s strategy to reduce CO2 emissions from vehicles in WA. Prior to this Regina worked in the resources industry in various sustainability, environment and business planning roles. Regina also sits on a number of Boards and Committees and has Masters degrees in Science; Management; and Business Administration. Last year Regina completed her Doctor of Business Administration. Amanda Joseph Amanda Joseph has been with the RAC for almost two years as the Environmental Sustainability Specialist. Amanda is predominantly focused on assisting the organisation to improve its sustainability culture and performance to enhance our credibility as an advocate in sustainable mobility. Amanda is currently completing a Master of Science in Sustainability Management. Fabian Le Gay Brereton Fabian co-founded Greensense and has a strong technical background in enterprise and consumer-Internet technology and has previously worked with Vodafone, Unisys and CSC. Fabian has led the Greensense development team to the recent achievement of Greensense View® being named as the Best Product in the West Australian Information Technology and Telecommunication awards.

Judging Criteria
It’s easy and free to join the program. Your good-will commitment to the program is an acknowledgement of the business sector’s role in contributing to environmental sustainability and your intention to reduce your own energy consumption and associated carbon emissions. As part of this, Signatories to the program commit to achieve an accredited NABERS Energy tenancy rating (between 4 and 6 stars) and work with CitySwitch to improve their tenancy’s environmental performance.
