How to maximise return on investment and harness innovation

The City of Perth is pleased to invite signatories and potential signatories to the first CitySwitch Green Office Café Series event in Perth for 2015. The Deputy Lord Mayor, Cr Rob Butler will present Commitment Certificates to our newest signatories.

Guest speaker Radan Kocourek from IBM will talk about:

  • employee engagement as a basis of an organisational resilience and agility;
  • increase return on investment during times of change;
  • how times of change represent opportunities for innovation; and
  • how highly successful change architects excel in making change work while the work keeps changing.

The presentation will be based on findings of IBM's latest global study into how organisations succeed in managing ongoing transformation.

Radan has more than 20 years of experience in managing organisational changes on large and complex projects. Radan specialises in establishing a corporate organisational change management capability. During his career he has successfully delivered sustained results in various blue chip companies such as Chevron, ANZ Bank, Telstra, Myer, Nestlé, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Harvey Norman, Renault (Amoco/British Petrol).

Grants and Assistance Finder

Commonwealth and State/Territory government grant programs available to support the investigation and implementation of energy efficiency projects. Be sure to check eligibility requirements and funding guideslines, which can differ significantly across programs and jurisdictions.

NSW Energy Saver Program

The Energy Saver program, by NSW Office of Environment and Heritage provides a single point of energy efficiency support for NSW businesses, helping organisations reduce energy consumption and costs. There are subsidies available for action plans and implementation.
